Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to the Pimp Your Life website, user accounts, mobile applications published for the service, and courses, camps, training sessions, trips and other events offered under the Pimp Your Life or Add Breath To Your Life brands. By creating an account or sending a course request, you agree to the current version of these Terms. Details shown for a specific event and later confirmed by email form part of the agreement.
User accounts
You must provide accurate and current information, keep your password confidential and promptly tell us about suspected misuse. One person should use one account. You may request correction or deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal obligations.
Course request and confirmation
Sending a form is a non-binding request for a place. A reservation is created only when Martin personally confirms it by email or through the account overview. Availability, capacity, prerequisites, dates, location, price and included services are those stated for the selected course or in the confirmation email.
Price, deposit and balance
There is no automatic online payment through the website or app. After accepting a request, Martin sends individual payment and deposit instructions by email. A place becomes binding when the required non-refundable deposit is received, if a deposit is requested. The amount, due date and payment method are stated in the confirmation email. The remaining balance is paid as instructed before the event or on site.
Cancellation and replacement
If you cannot attend, contact Martin without delay. Where reasonably possible, we will offer another available date of the same course or allow a substitute participant after prior agreement. The deposit and any event-specific cancellation rules stated before confirmation remain applicable. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this clause.
Safety and health
Water, breath-hold, diving, kiteboarding, driving and travel activities may involve inherent risks. You must follow instructor, venue and local safety rules, use suitable equipment, disclose information that is genuinely necessary for safe participation, and never participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The website and app provide educational and organisational information and do not replace medical advice. If in doubt about your fitness, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Changes or cancellation by us
For safety, weather, health, organisational or legal reasons, the programme, location, instructor or date may be reasonably changed. If the organiser cancels an event, the parties will agree on a replacement date or settlement of amounts already paid in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful material or use content in a way that infringes another person's rights. Text, design, photographs, videos, course materials, logos and software remain protected by intellectual-property law. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted only as necessary to use the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service secure and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer protection. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Law, language and contact
Czech law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Courts are determined by applicable law.
